I didn’t set out to build a framework for motherhood. I lived the rupture that made one necessary.
Like many women, I entered motherhood with love, capacity, and ambition and quickly found myself overwhelmed, reactive, and disconnected from who I had been.
What I couldn’t find was language for what was happening to me.

Not, how to care for a child
but how to understand the transformation of the mother.
That became the beginning of my work.

I developed the Early Parenthood Development (EPD) Framework to name and support what women experience in the first years of motherhood.
My work focuses on three core areas:

My work lives across multiple expressions:
1:1 Coaching
Supporting mothers through early parenthood with structure, clarity, and regulation
Writing
Essays on matrescence, identity, and the unseen experience of motherhood
Speaking
Conversations that reframe motherhood as a developmental stage that deserves support

This work is for the mother who feels the shift.
Who knows she can’t keep moving through motherhood in survival mode.
You don't need more advice. You need support for what you're actually carrying.
My 1:1 work supports your nervous system, your home structure, and your identity.
This is where we begin to rebuild.

Motherhood was never meant to be lived in survival mode.
And yet, so many women move through it that way,
quietly carrying more than they were ever prepared for.
You don’t have to stay there.
There is a way to move through this with support,
with structure, and without losing yourself in the process.
This is where we begin.
